question about paying the interview fee with Bank of China

I am currently in the US. I have scheduled the visa interview at shanghai at 10am on the next day after I fly back there. can I pay the bank of china for the visa interview fee (RMB 810) online or ask my friend to buy it for me because I may not have time to go to the bank of china in personal before my interview.
