I saw a list of documentary for H1-B visa includes " copy of approvedLCA (include in the H1-B petitoin copy). Can anyone tell me what is approved LCA? is it for personal or for company? Thanks!
You have to have an approved LCA from the department of labor before you can apply for H-1B visa from USCIS.
