本人情况：2001年F2来美，F2被拒签3次，理由老公是B1入美后转成F1，第4次给了签证。2002年转成F1，2006年毕业工作转成H1，financial analyst。我担心老公的B1入境记录会不会影响我的H1B返签？因为听说H1B返签较容易，所以想回国看看父母，之前从来没回去过。
请问有人遇到过这种情况吗？自己或配偶是B1转F1的，后又转H1，返签会有困难吗？我老公是H1现在，也不敢回，他说我可以试试看。你们认为签证官会因为老公B1入境的理由据我吗？十分感谢你的建议。

Should be no problem. My husband was the same case as yours. He's been back for a couples of times.

But there might be some possibilities to be checked for 3-4 weeks. That bothers many H1B holders. Good luck.

十分感谢，这么晚还给我回复。我的专业和工作都是非敏感专业，所以不太担心CHECK，只是担心老公B1入境的记录会影响我。因为我爸妈被拒签是签证官明说了因为你女婿是B1转的，而且他当初是从加拿大用B1入境的。
