about F1 and F2 choice

hello,everyone,

i got the offer of university, BUT my husband study in USA.
which Visa is easy for me to get, F1 or F2?
btw, is it easy for one from F2 to F1 under the condition like me?

i want to apply for F2. then after i reach US, i change F2 to F1, is it possible and easy?
