DS 156 item 15& 16 home address: China or USA?

I am going to apply F-1 to return to US in bejing. I have a question about DS156 item 15 & 16: home address and telephone. should I use my US address or should I use my address in china. are they going to use this info to inform me of my visa application status or mail me the decision? I am confused. Thanks in advance!
