Questions about DS157

I donwloaded the latest DS157 form (word doc). But for question 12 and 17, the words I fill in cannot competely be shown. Can I manually fill out the left words if those cannot be printed out? How do you guys deal with it. I also found a pdf format DS157, which is easier to fill out all the words. But it has no fields for Chinese, like question 3,5,7,etc. Which form should I use? They both expire on 09/30/2008.
