Questions about DS156

I have a question about filling out DS156, I will apply for H1 visa.
Question34: Names and Relationships of Persons Traveling With you.
I will go back China and come back with my husband. But he is green card holder, I think this should not be related to my H1B visa application. Do I need to specifiy his name in this field? Can I just use "none"?

Question15: Home Address
Someone says we need to fill out the home address in China.
But I have been living in USA for one year after graduation. Can I use my current address in USA?

Question26 How long do you intend to stay in the U.S?
I fill in "3 years". I have been working for 1 year. I am not sure for H1B, how hong is proper. Can anyone give me a hint?
