本人J1签证，一家人在美国，LG是J2签证，目前持有EAD卡，有工作，想申请婆婆来美国探亲，难度有多大？是以我的名字做为主要申请人发出邀请信还是LG？也就是说关于婆婆在美的联系人的关系一栏是写母子（和LG）还是婆媳（和我）？请有类似经历的人指教指教，多谢。

It really doesn't matter. The key is your mother-in-law herself can show some tight bonds with China, in other word, no immigration intent. Good luck to you all.
