办H-1B签证中，接到通知要求我“submit an evaluation of the beneficiary's education by a reliable education credentials evaluation service which specializes in evaluating foreign education credentials”，是什么意思？要证明我的学位学历证的真伪还是要求证明我在国内的学位学历相当于美国哪一级学位？

Your employer should have this when applying for H1 petition (I-797). Ask your employer to FAX it to both you and the Cosulate/Embassy.

要去北京的一个高等教育服务中心（教育部指定）里，开具一个英文的学历证明
加急的话3天可以出来
