公婆一年前被拒．这次想给他们约三月初．北京． 看到有签友留言，初次最晚是2.27的，再次最早是3.16的，我们想三月初，正好在空档里． 想来请教下，这种超过一年再签的，算是初签还是再签，安排时间的时候．省得打电话去被话务员把一张卡全绕进去了，太绕人了． 谢谢大家了！ 保佑公婆签证过！

Want to know the answer to this also, what would be the consequence of scheduling the interview as first time applicant since the previous application is more than one year old. We were in the same boat, want an earlier appointment in Feb.
