If you find some State in USA there got Free Medicare, you can bring them to go to see the doctor and you need fill the free medicare form for them. You do not need to pay. Like MA CL got free care. And also you can pay insurance for them in USA. Good luck.

正确回答应该是：在美国买保险。 有保险公司是专门针对短期旅游者的。加拿大人到美国来都是这样干的。不好意思，公司名字我忘记了。嘿嘿，看来我还得努力学英语才是啊。我记得最低费用是每月400刀，保5万刀的费用。好像是这样，几个月前查的，现在只有点印象了。最少一次买3个月的。保险期是日对日，非常灵活人性的。还有如果你父母上了65岁，好像还有其他更好的选择。哦，这个消息倒是我道听途说的，因为我不关心所以没注意过。
不好意思没能给你帮助，但是在国内买保险肯定没用的。

买保险干吗呀？有慢性病最好在国内看好，多开点药带上啦。万一在美国生病了，如果是比较急的，就打急救电话，救护车送到医院，可以申请豁免。好象有点占人家资本主义的便宜，可很多人都这样做的。
