Do we need to fill out Chinese DS 156 157 158 for applying for visa in Beijing now?

I will have an appointment in Beijing May 10th. I noticed the website said that we don't need fill out Chinese DS 157 158 any more. So I want to make sure that's correct. Thank you.

158我没填不知道.DS156和DS157只需填一张表就好.但DS156要在填好的英文表上把个别项目旁边填上中文.大使馆的网页上都写着.
