Visa Interview Fee

I will arrive in Beijing in the evening of May 10th. And my appoint for visa interview is 8:45am, May 11th. According to the info. provided on the Embassy's website, there's a Branch office of China CITIC Bank in the new Visa Service Center which opens from 6am-7pm. I'm wondering if I have enought time to pay the interview fee there?
