打电话给航空公司问吧，美国这边大陆航空有这个服务，一直送到舱口。我一个朋友刚申请过这个服务，但从中国国内出发的，除了腿脚不方便的其他的比如无法沟通或者不认识路的，中国的机场不提供此服务。
