[签证经历] B2 北京 04/30/2009 通过

我父母12点半进大使馆,1点半出来,
签证官只问了我妈妈：你女儿在美国？
妈妈：是
签证官：把她的签证给我看一下
爸爸赶紧找出了一页复印件给他看，妈妈要把我写给签证官的信递给他，他摆摆手，示意不需要。
然后，就过了。高兴啊~~~

他们一组只有三对B2签证的. 第二组失败了, 是一对年龄比较大的父母，和签证官纠缠了半小时，最终被拒。我爸说是因为他们讲不清楚。好遗憾。
父母千里迢迢去北京，然后还要去缴费，等待，紧张。给父母好好准备材料，是我们唯一能做到的事，给他们准备好问题集，让他们记住。

Dear Visa Officer,

This is XXX writing on behalf of my parents, Mr. XXX and Mrs. XXX, to apply for B-2 Visa. I deeply appreciate your precious time to help my parents get the B-2 Visa to attend my commencement ceremony on XXXX.

I studied in the Master of Science in Finance program at XXX from September XX until December XX. I successfully completed all the requirements to earn the XXXX degree and my graduation ceremony will be held on XXX. Although I went back home last summer from XXX till XXX, my family strongly hope to get reunion in XXX. Especially I eagerly wish my parents to visit me and share my joy of the graduation.

Working as a senior level teacher in English in XXX, my father has contributed to the school as a backbone for over 20 years. My mother is a senior level teacher in Math in XXXX. Having stable incomes, spacious housing, and full benefits from the state, my parents are leading a decent and happy life in China，with our big family including my grandparents, my uncles and aunts, my cousins.

Being so far away from my harmonious family, I missed my parents so deeply and I want to get the chance to be with them and show them around the peaceful and beautiful city, XXX, where I live. We will also visit XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. They will go back home after the one or two months vacation since summer vacation of Chinese school will be over in August. My parents have enough saving to cover the expenses of this trip, which costs around $6,000.
