My mother-in law, failed three times in 2005, 2006, and 2007, respectively. Finally got visa in this year.

We got green card in 2007. Before I'm H1, and my LD is H4-F1. My mother-in law is single, and only has one child.

We all think the status change played an critical role in her visa application.
