I had called for two weeks and run out of two telephone cards. In most time, the agents told me that no time available in Shanghai till the end of July.
This morning, when I called at 7am, the agent said there was one block cancelled by somebody else that could be reserved for me.
So don't give up. Try more and be patient. You will get a time for you.
