刚才打电话去预约H1B成都签证,被告知H1B面签的名额没有了,不能预约! 怎么会这样呢? 都是排期呀 怎么还有名额限制?

我约了9月5号的，但是已经拿到H1B签证了。本来到电话到预约中心想取消。但是电话不通。正在犹豫要不要再到电话
