我的情况是，先生的H1B的有效期从今年10月1日开始，但是我的H4签证是从8月份开始有效的。请教我何时可以入境？一定要等10月1日以后吗？

Let your husband ask his lawyer who managed the H1b case. I personally feel you have to wait till 10/1
