Please help me for makke an appoinment and fill the DS-form !!!
老问题，情况不同。父母签证预约、填表，求帮忙！拜年先
我是五六月狗妈妈，老公刚刚去别的州做博后，只好请爸妈来帮忙。父母签证预约（北京签证处），先是说开放到3月（通过海外预约电话），再打电话换了个小姐又说只到2月22号了，晕！填申请表哪，发现这个网页，也不知道是什么时间的：

1.Valid Passport ； 2.One Photograph；3. Original
Bank Receipt for Application Fee ；
4.Two Completed DS-156 Application Forms – in both

这156表到底要中文的吗？158是不是就不用管了？有XDJM的父母刚刚获得签证吗？请帮忙解释一下好吗？

在线填完英文DS-156 表格，不需要再填中文表格，submit后会自动生成PDF文档，双面打印信息页，BAR CODE页可打印在单页上。另6.7.8.9.15.18.20.21需手写相关中文信息。
DS-157 也有中英文对照的表格，只需要填一份就行。
不需要DS－158表。
