DS-160 FORM QUESTION

I am going to get the H1B visa and have one question when filling out the DS-160 form.

There is a question:Have you belonged to, contributed to, or worked for any professional, social, or charitable organization?

Do I need to fill out this if I am in some professional organizations, i.e. IIA and ACFE.
