Hi everyone. It is for the goodness of everyone. I complained to my congressman about the difficulty to get the appointment. Now his office needs evidence to open an investigation. Anyone bought the appointment in black market?
Anybody? How come so many people complained here but when I filed a formal complain nobody stands up to provide any information. Instead we blame ourselves. The 破外包公司 is chosen by the Embassy and not everybody can have that business. If we do not stand up, we are doomed to lose.

说实话，这个很难处理。申请者多，约不上签证，使馆可以说人手不够，又没有预算增加人手，众议员也没有办法。现在不分领区，已经是使馆的一个折中办法。现在看来只有请众议院申请增加预算吧

这根本不是使馆的问题，而是那个破外包公司的原因。他们为了多挣钱，故意不择手段

对楼主行为表示支持，但是没有找过黄牛，两次都是自己约的
