持J1来美一年后，去新加坡开会，以前来美的J1签证上被盖了个cancelled without prejudice 然后又给了个新的J1签证，这样在DS160表上被问： did your visa was cancelled or revoked before? 我是点 yes 还是 no 阿， 我的想法是，我的CANCEL 只是为了给个新的签证。不是他们问的被取消或收回的意思。 但我需要前辈给个肯定的答案。

Question 35:Has your US visa ever been cancelled or revoked: My first visa was marked "Cancelled without prejudice" when I got a new stamp at Vancouver. So should I answer yes or no to this question
Answer No because the visa cancelled were already expired and you were issued a new one.

Whether you put Yes or No, it really won't affect your case. Because It is "Cancelled without prejudice"....
