How long does it take to get H1B visa?

I am in the U.S. now, and just got the H1B approval.
If I take a trip back home for two weeks during Christmas, I will apply for H1B in Beijing. Can I get the visa on the same day or I have to wait for several days to get it back? Trying to decide the return flight here.
