大家好，新人。 我是06年初以F1入境，07底毕业，中间回国两次。现在opt中。目前单位在给办h1b(non-profit)，12月15生效。
打算趁圣诞节回家一次。想在h1b生效前几天，如12.10，出境，然后以Opt的身份签h1b，这样会不会有问题啊。或者最好等到h1b生效再去签证呢。
主要是听说h1b check的比较多，怕自己不太顺利，所以想早签早check结束。

if i were you, i will wait until my H1b status is started in US, then return to China and have interview. Save you a lot of hassle.
