想给父母约签证,看到版上说先在线填156,拿一个条形码,这样一来预约和真正签证那天比较省事,但是不知道是不是只要填156的英文就可以了. 另外,156的中文表,157的中/英文表能在线填吗?谢谢大家先!

不知道是不是只要填156的英文就可以了. --Yes. But you need to add some Chinese characters on the printout after you submit the form online.
156的中文表,157的中/英文表能在线填吗? --No. However you can download them and fill out later either by Adobe Acrobat or by hand.
