这次和上次的会有小小的变化，不知道签证官会不会保留1年多前的156，157，但是不是电子的。要使他们发现有变化，是不是需要解释一下？谢谢~

Actually they will keep all the e-files of DS-156/157 back from the last 5 years. You can find some related info from US state.gov website.
