面签时必须有I-129吗？

快要签了，听说I-129也必须有，和797一样，vo都要看的。不知道有没有这回事。再说律师根本没给我什么I-129啊！

请问，I-129表是否律师交上去前准备好的材料就可以了吗？还是必须是USCIS并且certified过后返回给律师的I-129(复印件)? 谢谢。

i got the following from US shanghai consulate, which only requires the I797.

签证处建议申请人将签证申请材料译成英文。F－1和M-1(及其家庭成员F－2和M-2)签证申请人面谈时，必须携带SEVISI－20表原件，J－1和J－2签证申请人面谈时，必须携带SEVIS DS－2019表原件。所有需要移民局批文的申请人（H、L、O、P和Q签证）面谈时，必须携带由美国移民局签发的I－797表原件。

You must bring the copy of I-129 Petition and also I-797 Notice of action: H1B approval notice (Orignal).

When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time
a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same comment.
