Don't worry. I did not stick my photo as well. I saw some people, whose visa was approved, did not submit photo as well. My check process was finished in 8 days.
Didn't receive any email or phone call, but EMS showed the package was sent out last night. Guess my check is finished now.
3/31~4/14, 2 weeks exactly.

I did not stick the photo on the cover of Passport either, it does not matter. But I waited nearly 2 months for the visa approval.

是材料专业，03年出国时被check，去年OPT身份5月在瑞士出差又被check，去年年底FI转H1B签证,这次回国是7年多以来第一次回国，听说转H1B身份第一次签证都要被check，这有思想准备，就是没有想到check时间会这么长。你的签证CLEAR吗？这么长时间的等待太煎熬人了，去电话问美国大使馆就回答说还在check中，除了等待之外还有什么更好的办法吗？请大家指点。
