Wait for one day or a few hours, that's what happened to me, I got the "data verify error" when I hit the conitnue or submit button first time, I thoughtthe credit card info is wrong, and I did not see any email coming, so I did the second time. But the second day, I got two emails told me that the pin is resend..(two pins, two transactions).

It happened to me. I email technical support, and provided them the transition number I found on the statement on my bank account.
They emailed me the pin later.
