Back to several months ago I called several travel agencies to buy the tickets from Beijing to RDU. Finally, I picked LLL because the agency, James was very nice and reliable. The transaction was smooth and the price was the lowest one I could find.
Today, I bought a ticket for my dad-in-law from him again. In fact, I called two other travel agencies. Although they promised calling or emailing me back it did not happen. I am happy with James' service and would like to do business with him in the future.
