Ms. Hua is very nice, patient and efficient. She gave me a resonable price and issued the ticket really quick. When there was a problem with the baby ticket, she noticed me asap so that I was able to take an alternative plan. The travel agency cannot issue infant ticket any more since even infant ticket is issued electronically now. However, you can easily purchase infant ticket through UA and pay with a credit card. It takes no time and sometimes you can get a little cheaper price. Hope this helps.
