1) I sent the email asking for the price from shanghai to boston. 杨帆 gave me the lowest price: 7170.
2) The next day, I asked for the reservation, then she said she made a mistake, she thought the flight is from beijing to boston. Then she raised the price to 7280.
3) The next day I asked her to make the reservation again. She then said the price goes up again to 7320.
4) Can you believe this? Can you trust this agent? Will you send money to this kind of people?
Don't buy ticket from her!

网友朋友们大家好:我是北京天昊航空公司的负责人吴洋,现在给大家就刚才一个寻价格的网友发布的信息做一回复:发布这个信息的人一开始就为问的是北京出发的价格,我们同事扬帆为他报了价格,昨天她又问上海出发的价格,我们同事扬帆又给她报了价格(大家都知道北京出发和上海出发的价格是不一样的)根本没有她说的为她涨价这回事,这个人也根本没有定票,有些夸张的说了,希望这个网友不要在发布这个没有意义的信息,不道德,希望大家不要听信这个询价女士的没有道德的说法,北京天昊:吴洋

You are wrong!!!!!
1) first of all, the tickets I asked for are from shanghai to boston. My parents live in Shaoxing, zhejiang, how would I ask for tickets from Beijing to Boston???
2) second, after 扬帆 emailed me the price for 7170, I asked her to reserve the tickets. She said that the price is 7280. She made a mistake, she thought the tickets I asked is from Beijing to Boston.
3) Since they are in Beijing, and it IS possible that 扬帆 read my request email (from iflychina) wrong. So I gave her a second chance, and asked her to reserve the tickets again by email.
4) I wait for a day, but did not see any email from 扬帆. So I called them, and 吴洋 picked up the phone. She said that it was Satureday and they will come in work around 10am. So I called 扬帆 again around 10:10. But for some reason I can not reach her again from the same phone number (could be the phone company problem), so I went online, and found 扬帆 online. Now this time she gave me the price 7320, and said it is not her changing the price, it is the airline company .....
5) I am very dissapointed at her. It is not the price but the changing price scared me away.
6) my post is specific for 扬帆. I read all the good feedback about 吴洋, and wish I was buying tickets from 吴洋. Now after I read her reply above, I am even more dissappointed at this company. It was her who picked up my phone on Satureday, and it was her who also asked me what was the price 扬帆 gave me.
7) I am laughing now. I have been in US for 13 years. And seems it is still the same way how things work back in china.
8) In my view (could be wrong, or could not apply to china), even if 扬帆 reported me the wrong price (I gave her the second chance already), for the company's sake, 负责人吴洋 should suck in the loss 扬帆 made, and punish 扬帆, instead of posting such unresponsible reply.
9) There is no reason for me to say bad things about this company if I do no have bad experience with them. I do not have much time, by the way, i am a working mom with two kids (one is a new-born baby, that is why my parents coming help me ...)
