一个问题：
There is not available pre-assigned seat for the flight from Detroit to Houston.
However, both the agent and the representative in NWA certainly claimed that We can get seats assigned when we check in in the departure date. They said airline company always remain some seats to release when checking in and any customer with a ticket will get seat. Even though, I'm still warry about it for my parents. Did anyone have this problem before?
