Eric is very patient and efficient. For my departure flight, I need to leave Boson and stay San Francisco for two days, then fly from San Francisco to Shanghai. Also I want to stay as long as possible in China and come back on Jan. 4, 2009. These requirements made my airline ticket booking more difficult.
