Just came back from the consulate. Appiontment time 8:45, entered the consulate 8:15, visa approved 8:45. Not many people in the morning. Only been asked three questions: where do you work? What do you do? How many hours do you work per week? Rest were just polite conversations. The consulate will be reopened on 2/18 and EMS will also start delivering passports on 2/18.
