[签证经历] H4 广州 06/04/2009 通过

My wife and I came to US with J1 and J2 from Shanghai, and our hometown is Sichuan. Last year we changed status to H1 and H4. We didn't go back to China in five years. Last month she took our baby back to China and we decided to make visa appointment at Guangzhou since her sister lives there.

1. for return visa, location is not a problem. The VO didn't touch this issue.

2. The VO is an Aian girl, who denied many people already.

3. The VO only asked as a J2, why my wife didn't go back to China? My wife guess the VO didn't understand she is not J2 anymore. So she just repeatedly emphasized she is H4, not J2. And the VO cannot find the I-797 for H4. My wife had to tell the VO the piece of paper is the last one in her hand. Then the VO took out the H4 I797, and said you are all set. That's it.

4. The VO may lose her mind during the interview, thinking my wife as J2.
