It took a while, as their system was messed up. The earlies dates in GZ is around Dec.15, and no opening for late December. So I have to make the appointment on Jan.03 2007.
When did you call? I had been calling all day long and the line was always busy. As I waited, the system automatically kick me out after one minute and it had eaten up 5 minutes.
Yes, the system sucks. I ran into the same problem as you before I wasted many minutes on it. I finally got through Wednesday night around 8pm. I used around 5 mins to make the appointment, barely enough.
