When I called, Dec. 21st and 28th were both available. So I asked to reserve two H1B visa interview (one for me, one for my wife) for Dec. 21st. But just when the representative finished gathering my information, Dec.21st 's spot ran out(!), so only I myself got a Dec. 21st interivew. Hence, I had to change our interview date to Dec. 28th and got it (for both my wife and I) at 1pm. When the call finished, all 12 minutes on my card were used up.
