Used three cards, called almost 100 times, finally went through. what a painful process! The service really sucks!!

Suggestions to the people who are as frustrated as me:

1. Keep calling no matter how many times the call center put you on hold and cut off your connections. that's the only way to get to representatives.

2. Press the number selection as early as possible. The answering system will cut the sentences and shorten the response time.

3. The converstation will take at least 4-5 mins. Buy a new card if there ain't enough mins in your card.

I just called and were told that the latest open date for H1B Beijing is 12/8. How can people get 12/27 appointment?

Are you sure 12/8 is available?
Early this monring, 12/7 and 12/27 is availabe.

12/27 has been available since yesterday afternoon so it is possible that all slots are taken up by the time you call.

But if 12/8 is availalbe, we might assume that there's still hope for Dec 11 -- Dec 20.
