I am calling from the US. How come I always got put on hold after entering the passcode? Has anybody else experienced this? Should I keep holding-- I am worrying about losing all the minutes.

I tried two more times getting up 3:40 am this morning US time (I post the very first message), still on hold and then got disconnected. So ridiculously upsetting :-(
I don't remember seeing people got appointments for 18, 19 and 22 in Beijing. The customer service has become once more horrible.

Same experience. I guess it's no better in China Mainland.
I'm waiting for 22nd since I was told it might be impossible to get slot for 18/19.

他们放号是乱放的,我分析就是为了让大家不停的打电话,前面的7,8两天都是12,13放了以后才放的.
并且他们告诉你,你可以先约上别的,有了满意的再该,这样,你就又得买电话卡.....
我也准备出手先约后面的了,计划全被打乱的,tnnd.赚钱赚黑心了.
