想预约19号的，看到网上有人说只有12和19是开放的，可打电话过去，小姐说只有14，21和22是开放的，没有19号，能不能问问那些预约在19号的是在美国打的电话还是中国呢？打电话地点是否会影响结果呢？

I called many many times since the line was busy. Finally, I reached someone when I chose English as language (both Mandarin and Cantonese did not work, I don't know why). I got May 19, afternoon.

you are exactly right. When I chose English, I was the first one in line. However, you do have to speak to the rep in english though.
