Do I need to say" I want to change to.....?" or I just make another appointment and then cancel the previous one?

I have made an appointment through phone call. But my company requires me to get an appointment notice before they can prepared application doc for me. Does anyone know how to get an appointment notice? I really have no idea.....Thank you very much!

我是请国内的亲戚在一周前代为电话预约好签证时间的， 但预约好以后并未收到领事馆发来的确认邮件。
我用的是visa卡，先是显示“支付信息成功提交，请查询银行”，点击“确认”后显示

购买了pin，由于反复几次输入信用卡号，最后一次忘了记order ID，请教大家，有什么补救办法吗？

I called yesterday and was told no appoitment of B2 visa is available at all. Sad news. Have to wait for some days.
