Short version: good price, good service.

Long version: I am looking for cheap tickets for my parents for a 1month round-trip back China to renew their passports. (It's a painful story for us. If your parents want to stay in US for 6 month, make sure their passports have at-least 1-year validation period) Many issues make this trip itinerary very uncertain, thus we have 23 emails communication to discuss all possible solutions.
Lina is very patient and professional, and always answered my email very quickly.
