did u try both credit card and debit card?

我也是，结果让国内的朋友代买的。

I used Chase mastercard and was successful both times I tried. Citibank mastercard doesn't work. Note that it takes 4 minutes to schedule one person. I wasted 4 minutes since every time I called there was no available times slots in Shen Yang. So I had to buy another 8 minute. My advise is to ask the date you want first before you provide any other information.

用LD的卡, 通过了. 就是它告知我已经Successfully verified之类的.

但是最后Pop-up的页面没见到(等我把Pop-UP Blocker关了之后再刷新, 它又不行了), 而且到现在也没有收到PIN.

这种情况它还会从信用卡上扣钱么? 太郁闷了, 光买张卡就折腾成这样...

我家还在国内的小地方, 连中信银行也没有...

唉...

最好用国际信用卡。我每次买都成功。

you should receive an email containing your PIN. I received two emails after my transaction. Both included my PIN in it.

There is an issue of the website over the last weekend, which started at least on 11/14. Until yesterday night (11/16), or Monday morning in China time, none of my transactions were successful, no matter credit cards in the US or Bank cards in China.

Finally, I have to ask relative to go to Zhongxin Bank to physically get them.

Do not know the situation for now.
