emergency question, do I need chinese version DS156 in Chengdu?

Hi,

If you can respond quickly, I would be very thankful for that.

I will go to Chengdu consulate to apply for H-1B visa to re-entry America. But I saw the website require two version of Ds156, one is english version, another is Chinese version.

Can you please tell me that do I need chinese version Ds156 in Chengdu consulate?

no, it needn't.it only need english form, it is sure, because i have applied my visa before several days.
