I checked the American consulate's website. According to the information there, there is only 1 entry for H1-B visa in 3 months. I'm confused now. Could you please tell me where you got the information above? By the way, I'm working in USA with an H1-B status. If I apply for my H1-B visa (first time)in Canada before going back to China, should I get 1 entry or 2 entries? Does anyone know any information about that? Thanks.
my husband went back China and got H4 visa, which is only 1 entry. For your question, which related to the third county visa application, I think you'd better check your lawyer or international officer of your university.The other concern is that, if you were checked when you were in Canada, it would be much more painful to wait there than to wait in your home country.
