I never talked to agent on the phone. All the communication were through either messenger or email. Her service is great. I started to contact her about a month before my parents visa interview date. I did get lots of responses from other agents initially, however after I told them I won't be able to purchase the tickets until my parents get their visas, they all disappeared.
Hong is the only one who still kept in touch with me and kept me updated about the latest airtickets price. So, as soon as my parents got their visa, I made the purchase throught her.
You may find cheaper airtickets or quota from other places, but their service is on the poor side.
