Agent Angela helps me booked air ticket for my mother, she is very nice and sweet, not only offer the best price, but also book wheelchair for me, thank you very much.
最终票价还可以接受，但是因为他们的服务，以后不会从他们这里再订票。最开始报了一个比较低的价，在我给了乘客信息后又提了$60。并且，给的online transfer信息是错误的，我试了很久浪费了很多时间试图转账不成功，打电话给他们，他们说不知道，让我跑一趟去银行柜台转账。最后我才发现是他们邮编给错了一位。交谈中，觉得angela小姐态度比较harsh。我周五汇款到帐后，回信说马上给我出票。周一的时候我发现以前发给我的confirmation被取消了，打电话询问，angela小姐说“你查什么查？我票号都没有给你，你查什么呢？我们中午12点才会给你出票。。。”过程比较confusing，还不好好给顾客解释。
