THE SERVICE IS UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

The agent got incredibly impatient as soon as he got the money and didn't confirm my payment till 4 hours later and only under consistent urges and requests
HUGE Complainer and Whiner of his job and brings it out to the customer. Reluctant to provide official confirmation info and when asked about it, appeared very rude and blamed the customer of not able to find the confirmation. Don't know how the agency can survive till now

only 2 for the reasonable price but would not go through this again for the minimal discount
